Ping2Dine for integration partners
Ping2Dine is an international ordering and management platform for restaurants: WhatsApp ordering, a restaurant dashboard, delivery, catering, reservations and table ordering, all under one platform.
Customers order directly with a restaurant through Ping2Dine itself. This subdomain is not part of that customer-facing site.
It exists for one purpose: the technical integration layer described below, for companies that connect their own systems or AI agents to Ping2Dine.
Requesting access
To request integration access, contact us through the Ping2Dine Message Hub at ping2dine.com/contact. Describe your company and the integration you have in mind, and we will follow up with sandbox credentials and an API key.
Available integrations
- UCP provides catalog search, a shopping cart and an MCP server for AI agents.
- Partner API provides REST endpoints for orders, menus and restaurant data.
Access and logging
Protected Partner API and UCP operations require authorized credentials. Public discovery endpoints, including /.well-known/ucp, remain accessible where required by the UCP specification. Requests to protected endpoints are logged, whether they succeed or are rejected.
